1. Purpose
These Terms & Conditions govern the access to and use of the fyralix.com website, owned by Fyralix S.A.P.I. de C.V. Use of the site implies full acceptance of these terms.
2. Nature of the service
Fyralix operates as a digital platform focused on real estate crowdlending in Mexico. The information published is for informational purposes and does not constitute personalised financial, legal or tax advice.
3. Regulatory authorisation
Fyralix is in the process of authorisation as a Collective Financing Institution (IFC) before the National Banking and Securities Commission (CNBV), under the Law to Regulate Financial Technology Institutions. No collective financing operation will be carried out until such authorisation is obtained.
4. Registration and data
By subscribing to the newsletter, you declare that the information provided is truthful and that you are of legal age under Mexican legislation. The processing of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
5. Permitted use
The user commits to using the site in accordance with the law, morals and good customs. Any fraudulent, unauthorised use, or use that could damage the site or third parties is prohibited.
6. Intellectual property
All contents of the site (texts, images, trademarks, design) are the property of Fyralix S.A.P.I. de C.V. or of its licensors. Their reproduction without prior written authorisation is prohibited.
7. Risks
Real estate crowdlending involves risks, including partial or total loss of capital, delays in payment or lack of return. Returns are not guaranteed.
8. Limitation of liability
Fyralix is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or damages arising from the use of the site, except in the cases provided for by applicable law.
9. Modifications
We may modify these terms at any time. The current version will always be available on this page, with the date of last update.
10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Mexico City.
