Fyralix S.A.P.I. de C.V., with registered address at Av. Paseo de la Reforma 296, Floor 20, Col. Juárez, Cuauhtémoc, 06600, Mexico City, Mexico, is the controller of the personal data collected through fyralix.com.

2. Data we collect

We collect the data you voluntarily provide when subscribing to the newsletter: name and email address. In addition, through cookies we may collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and time on site.

3. Purpose of processing

We use your data to send you information about real estate crowdlending projects, site updates, participation conditions and to respond to your queries. We do not use your data to make automated decisions with legal effects.

4. Legal basis

Processing is carried out based on the consent of the data subject, in accordance with the Mexican Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and its Regulation.

5. Data transfers

We do not transfer your data to unrelated third parties, except by legal obligation or when necessary to provide the service (for example, email providers). In all cases an equivalent data processing agreement is signed.

6. Data subject rights (ARCO)

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition (ARCO), as well as revoke your consent, by writing to privacidad@fyralix.com. We will respond within the timeframes provided by law.

7. Retention

We retain your data as long as you keep your subscription active or until you request its deletion, and for any additional periods required by applicable law.

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical, administrative and physical measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure.
